Friend Nancy took our fleece to the MIAF show last weekend for me. Thanks, Nancy. Chinney belongs to both Beth and me and we are very thrilled that the fleece took a second. Remember last spring Chinney won her color championship. I love this picture of her and Beth's son, John, at our 4-H fair last summer.

This really is a very black fleece but the way the light hit it, it looks gray....

Congradulations on winning second place. What a beautiful colour..it looks a sort of taupey grey to me in the photo.
Sorry you couldn't make the show but glad you got a ribbon. One of these days, we'll meet in person!

I can speak from regular contact with Riley that he is ONE COOL CAT!! Great "Artsy" photo Maple!
HURRAH for "First Mate" Chinney's fiber and the chuckle it gives me to see her with "Captain JOHN Sparrow."
Aren't we lucky to have such fun with our Alpacas??? Are they supposed to make us Smile this often?
Beth
Cats do pick the strangest places to sleep, don't they??
