Alpaca Training 101

When I got home from my monthly fiber group meeting, Beth and John had been here and left some pictures. A favorite trick of a cria just learning to lead is to cush down. These pictures of John and Mira tell the story.

Changes -
11. I need to call the furnace folks to come and teach me how to program the furnace because I will be needing heat soon. Son Rob mentioned something about needing filters also.
12. I really miss going out to eat at least weekly. My at home diet consists mainly of cereral, soup, salads, sandwiches, and string cheese.

remember to have your furnace cleaned every fall, and the filters cleaned or changed! and, if you have a woodstove, have the chimney inspected EVERY YEAR if you use it!!

This looks too familiar! Why must they sit down? This week I've been training an alpaca girl to go to a show this weekend and she keeps sitting. I've taken to just sitting down with her and enjoying that she lets me pet her. Throwing all plans out the window...
We'll look good for the judge sitting in the show ring having a tea party together.

BTW, Love your blog, your knitting, your photos, etc!
