Alpaca Babysitter

This is Maryann's sweet Suri alpaca, Weatherby, who thinks that it's his job to adopt and care for all the critters on the farm.

The hens found a great place to sit! So cute! We bought some baby chicks the other day...I guess they need an alpaca to ride around on. :)

That is so cute, we have never seen our chickens sitting on the llamas or alpacas but in the winter they are always riding around on the backs of the angora goats in their toasty fibre, our chickens feet never touch the cold snow. You should hear the complaining if the goats walk too fast!!

Now, that alpaca is patient! I wonder if the chicken knows where it is nesting? Too cute.
